Tell Me

  1. The Google Form must be public in order to embed it on a website
    1. Click Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner
    2. Uncheck the “Restrict to users in UNC Charlotte and its trusted organizations” box

    3. Click Save
  2. In the Google Form, click the Send in the upper right corner

  3. In the Send form dialog box in the Send via section, click the embed icon ( < > ) and then click Copy to copy the HTML embed code

  4. Paste the copied embed code into your website
  1. After copying the embed code above, login to your Drupal site
  2. Navigate to the page where you want your form embedded click the Edit tab to edit the page - See this FAQ for help creating a new page
  3. On the edit page, click the Source button on the editor toolbar and paste the embed code into the text area - click Save
