Note

When logging into eduroam...

When on the UNC Charlotte campus, you can enter either your NinerNET username or your full username@uncc.edu as your eduroam username

When you are at another institution, you must use your full username@uncc.edu as your eduroam username

These instructions will work for eduroam at UNC Charlotte or at any other campus that uses eduroam!

iOSAndroid
  1. From your device, go to your Settings app
  2. Go to WiFi and click on the eduroam network
  3. Enter your NinerNET credentials (see note above about username or username@uncc.edu) and click Join

  4. If prompted, click Trust to trust the network's security certificate
  5. You are now connected to the eduroam wireless network

  2. Go to WiFi and click on the eduroam network
  3. Under CA Certificate, choose Do not validate and enter your NinerNET credentials (see note above about username or username@uncc.edu)
  4. Click Connect
  5. You are now connected to the eduroam wireless network
